Whatchoo-Wish-You-Were-Wearin’ Wednesday: Flamingo Pink

In one month, I’ll be doing something I’ve never done in my 43 years on the planet:

hopping on a plane all. by. myself.

I’m heading down to Orlando for Stella & Dot’s National Sales Conference, and I can’t tell you how excited I am. After all, it’s called HOOPLA, and you know some serious fun is goin’ down with a name like that.

3 days of new Stella news, fall line previews, swag bags, fashion shows, dance parties, sun, pools, flip flops.

And I’m pretty sure at least one mojito.

I haven’t yet begun to strategize the packing, but oooh, how I wish I could include this top and fun retro clutch.

So … who wants to join me?

Whatchoo-Wish-You-Were-Wearin’ Wednesday : A Summer Day

Whatchoo-Wish-You-Were-Wearin’ Wednesday : A Summer Day

This is what I’m dreaming of these last 24 hours, as the snow’s been falling.

I’m picturing myself in this outfit, driving with the window down, tapping my fingers against the wheel to Good Vibrations or Don’t Worry, Baby.

Mmmmm … I’ve loved summer music since the first time I heard Band on the Run.

Summer Days

H&M long sleeve shirt / Mavi Jeans bootcut jeans / Tory Burch / Stella & Dot bib necklace / Stella & Dot silver jewelry / Bobbi Brown Cosmetics beach perfume

Please share with me : has spring arrived where you are, or is winter being naughty there, too?

{If you’re drooling over that Stella and Dot necklace as much as I am, you can order it through my party by clicking here. Orders will be placed on Saturday morning. Yay!}

Whatchoo-Wish-You-Were-Wearin’ {And Could Be!} Wednesday : A Stella & Dot Announcement

Whatchoo-Wish-You-Were-Wearin’ {And Could Be!} Wednesday : A Stella & Dot Announcement

I have a secret to share. It’s about accessories.

I’ve always loved them. My affair with bangles, baubles and statement pieces began back in the ’70s, when my great Auntie Bridgie sold Avon.

But this post is about Stella & Dot accessories, specifically.

You’ve heard me mention them before: they’re in almost every WWYWWW post, because I just can’t help myself. I drool and carry on when I get one of those little packages in the mail after a party, and smile when the box strokes my ego with a happy and encouraging

Hello, gorgeous.

S&D pic

Well, I love it so much that when my friend, the wonderful Pamela, asked me if I’d be interested in being my OWN Stella & Dot stylist, I said, “Aw, heck YES!”

{I know. I was kind of surprised, too.}

While my goal for this business is not a 6-figure salary and a schedule chock-full of night-time parties, those things are possible {you’d be amazed at the women who are doing it}.

I like the pace and calm of my life at the moment.

No, my goal is simply to be your Stella & Dot contact

… the gal you think of when you’re lookin’ for a little style inspiration.

The one who’ll show you how to change up your wardrobe just by adding a new accessory to the line-up {it’s amazing how a necklace or pair of earrings can make an old basic look new again}.

The one you won’t hesitate to call, text, or email to say “Hook me up, girl!”

The next time you host your afternoon play group, think about making it a Stella & Dot party. Hey, the kids have toys … the Mommas should, too! Office Style Break parties or a casual Drop Off, Drop In for Style get-together {get those kids to school then drop by for coffee and to see the new line!} are other no-fuss options, and they’re great ways to enjoy the benefits of a Stella & Dot hostess during daylight hours!

Stella & Dot

So I’m reaching out to you, my wonderful readers, to say that if you don’t have a Stella & Dot stylist already,

consider me your girl.

And if you’re a blogger/reader, I have a proposition for you. If you’d consider partnering with me and running an online party to help me spread the word of this new endeavor, I’m offering free ad space on TLL. The first to respond–just email me at amcolasante{at}msn{dot}com–will receive the Featured spot {a value of $15}. An online party can earn you just as much as if you had friends and family right there in your living room, providing you’re an attentive and encouraging hostess.

So tell me, my savvy and stylish friend,

What d’ya say?

Much love, your Stella & Dot stylist,
