I’m not really a sweatpants girl.
On any ordinary day in the neighborhood, I like looking a little dressed up: not Easter Sunday dressed up, of course, but as polished as I can swing it.
The outfit is generally my favorite dark Paige jeans {they’re so comfortable!} and a pretty top, like this one …
I’m loving that draping.
And look at those shoes! I always seem to find the most expensive pair on Polyvore, but I hope you know that I would never pay that sort of money on shoes. Or, well, anything. And we don’t need to really, not with stores like Target and Payless out there. My favorite ballet slippers are an emerald-green pair from Target, and they cost me $12.

Oh WOW, That shirt is pretty! I am totally a sweatpants girl, but only ONLY around the house. I don’t even go out to get the mail without getting some real clothes on. Mostly for me, it’s my favorite pair of jeans and a button up or a t-shirt. But at least it’s not sweatpants or pajamas at the grocery store, ya?
Yesterday, I saw a girl actually wearing bedroom slippers out in public. People just don’t take pride in themselves anymore.
